Guest List

First create an EXCEL Spreadsheet. We suggest a google spreadsheet so multiple people can access it. (We can provide one as well)

At the top of each column, create the below categories.

  • # of guests

  • Prefix

  • First Name

  • Middle Name

  • Last Name

  • Inner Envelope (Prefix + Last Name)

  • Kids Names or ‘and guest”

  • Address 1

  • Address 2

  • City

  • State

  • Zip

*Be sure to spell everything out for your calligrapher.

Dr to Doctor, Jr to junior, Rd to road, TX to Texas, etc.
