A true Austin native, Barbara Shorts brings over two decades of experience and an unmistakable passion for hospitality to Verve. Since founding the company more than 20 years ago, she has thoughtfully planned and produced over 200 events—including weddings, galas, and private celebrations—earning a reputation for both excellence and connection within the community.
With a background in hospitality and a deep appreciation for elevated service and food and beverage, Barbara approaches each event with intention and creativity. She is known for her collaborative style, working closely with clients to translate their vision into a seamless and beautifully executed experience that resonates with both them and their guests.
